Sub Question 1: How does physical exercise impact the brain? Furthermore, how does it influence stress and anxiety levels?
Sub Question 2: What are some possible physical activities we could use to relieve stress and anxiety levels?
Sub Question 3: What should the goals of our exercise program be? And will they be achievable or challenging?
Why did we choose this topic? We chose the topic of depression as it a serious issue that effects many children across Australia, it also ties in with mental health.
What feedback did we receive during the peer feedback activity? Most peer feedback consisted ways to reword our inquiry to make sure that it was not to broad.
What do I need to know for this intervention to work? To ensure that the intervention programs work properly we will need to know the effects of the exercise and the benefits it provides when dealing with depression.
Who do I need to liaise with to make this intervention safe, meaningful and possible? We will need to contact trained professionals via email to ensure that the program is safe, meaningful and effective when combating depression and other mental health disorders.
What resources do we need? We will need access to our clients time and resources that focus on mental health and exercise.
How am I feeling about this action project at this point in time? I feel that our program could be effective if all the steps required are taken by the client.
