Our big question: How can we identify stages of depression?
Our task: Provide support for a victim suffering from depression.

WEEK 7 (The Client)
Our Client: Callum Prince
Why do they need a change to their lives?: Their mental health is effecting their work and social life. Our short term goal would be to help our client with there work and social life long term would be to put them in a position where their mental health is a lot more stable.
Week 8-9 (Gathering the Information)
Why did we choose this topic?
We chose this topic because it is an issue effecting many people across schools in Australia. It is also ties in with other mental health disorders.
Sub Questions:
Sub Question 1: How does physical exercise impact the brain? Furthermore, how does it influence stress and anxiety levels?
Answer:
Like the muscles in your body the brain requires exercise.
Sub Question 2: What are some possible physical activities we could use to relieve stress and anxiety levels?
Sub Question 3: What should the goals of our exercise program be? And will they be achievable or challenging?
